Inputs And Outputs

Ad

Like most USB sound cards, the DJ Console offers the full gamut of inputs and outputs . The analog inputs are on the front with a line-in to two Cinch pins and a ¼" jack mike input, which is The jack size you get on all DJ mikes. The input includes a potentiometer level control with a LED to indicate "Peak" saturation and "Talkover," the function which automatically lowers the sound when the DJ talks into the mike (more on this later when we come to the drivers).

The outputs are at the back with three 3.5mm stereo jacks - standard PC connections -twinned with Cinch pins thatare more versatile and not so fragile. Next to the outputs are all commercially offered S/PDI digital links with both coaxial and optical inputs and outputs. So you'll have no connection problems with whatever device you use. The system also includes two DIN sockets (IN and OUT) for the MIDI port. It's hard to find fault with such equipment at this level of the range.
