The Q17+'s color rendering had good and bad points:

The darkest shades were difficult to render - only 65% of colors were perfectly rendered and nearly 8% showed a DeltaE > 2, which is not as good as the Samsung 710T's performance.
| White spot | Black spot | Contrast |
|---|---|---|
| 215 | 0.62 | 346:1 |
Calibration was performed at a luminance of 215 cd/m², which is a little higher than we might have hoped. The value of the black was too high: 0.62 cd/m². You can't really call that black. The monitor lacks depth.
Fortunately, the contrast was very stable:

This means that the brightness can be decreased to obtain a better black, though that's a workaround.
