The drive has the same technical specifications as the SAS versions: 15,000 RPM, a 16-MB buffer and a 3.6-ms average seek time. At 60.7 to 91.5 MB/s maximum read throughput, this drive performs well, and it does reasonably well in the application and I/O benchmarks.
