TFT LCD price rise over for some
The steady rise in TFT LCD prices is coming to a halt. Although 15" panels are still in short supply and prices have officially risen, TFT LCD makers are selling panels for February shipment to first-tier LCD monitor makers at the same prices as in January, according to sources.
