If you run a business where burning one CD at a time is too slow, but mass production via a service bureau is too expensive and too high volume, investing in a CD copier may be a good solution. Maybe you need to distribute research reports or maybe you're running a small independent music label. Maybe you could use Telex Communications new SpinWise Series 24x CD Copiers to do the short-run CD burning. All SpinWise duplicators offer Disc at Once support for audio, and support for multiple CD formats, including all sizes of business card CD format. The SpinWise 1-24 offers one to one disc duplication for low volume applications in a rackmountable configuration. A digital readout indicates the percentage of the disc that has been copied, and rejected discs are automatically ejected. SpinWise 50-24 is a standalone robotic system with 50-disc capacity, and the ability to reload media on the fly. A pick and place design with proprietary arm configuration prevents the blank CD from dropping. SpinWise 3-24 CD Copier features an internal hard drive, with three drives, and the ability to make three copies at once or, the original disc can be left in the reader drive, to use the unit as a one to two disc copier. SpinWise 6-24 features an internal hard drive, with six drives, and, like the 3-24 unit, can act as a one to five copier if the original is left in the reader driver, rather than loaded onto the hard drive. So far pricing has not been released but when it is, you can probably find it at the Telex website .
