Tektronix will announce on Monday that it has begun shipping the "world’s fastest oscilloscopes". The manufacturer said it partners with rental firms Continental Resources, Electro Rent and TRS-RenTelco to help making the models TDS6124C (12 GHz) and TDS6154C (15 GHz) available to customers in addition to fulfilling direct orders,
According to Tektronix, the TDS6000C family of products assists engineers in critical troubleshooting and design validation tasks in the computing, communications, and consumer electronics industries enabling customers to complete designs for second-generation serial data standards such as PCI-Express Gen II, SATAIII and double XAUI.
