Teco Optronics and BASF Future Business sign agreement
Taiwan-based Optronics signed an OLED technology cooperation agreement with BASF Future Business of Germany on June 19 in Heidelberg, Germany. The agreement calls for BASF Future Business to purchase a stake in Teco Optronics and acquire a seat on its board of directors.
