The majority of Taiwan-based TFT-LCD makers, including AU Optronics (AUO), Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO), Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) and HannStar Di= splay, may raise prices for 17" LCD-monitor panels, according to sources.
