Taiwan rapidly expands LCD driver IC tape carrier package capacity
International IC design companies have been placing significantly more orders to contract Taiwanese tape carrier package (TCP) companies to package their LCD driver ICs in the first half. As a result, Taiwan TCP companies have been expanding their TCP capacity.
