Taiwan handset shipments show growth in 2Q
Shipments of Taiwan's major mobile phone makers showed sequential increases in the second quarter, according to preliminary estimates by DigiTimes. For the first half of the year, Benq delivered 7.7 million units, topping all other companies and exceeding its 2001 shipment record.
