Taiwan DDR2 testing capacity to lag demand 50 percent in 2Q
Tight DDR2 testing capacity at Taiwan-based makers may widen from 20 percent now to 30-50 percent by the end of this quarter due to strong DDR2 output growth, according to the testing companies.
