iTunes prefers a faster processor, and our previous build overclocked better. We expect to see a lot of that in applications benchmarks.
Lame MP3 encoding favors the faster March overclock…
…but then there’s TMPGEnc, which has always been split between CPU power and memory performance. The new build uses high-speed DDR3, raised even higher by overclocking.
CloneDVD brings us back to reality with another loss for our current overclocked configuration.
