3D Studio max shows a great overclocking boost to the current system, though added processing cores put extra value on the previous configuration.

Overclocking also benefits Cinema4D performance in a big way, but isn’t enough to get the current dual-core up to speed with the March Marathon’s quad-core.

Adobe Photoshop loves processor speed and doesn’t seem affected by the number of processing cores involved.

Once again Shelton’s previous AVG configuration issue comes back, forcing us to compare only our current overclock to our current base-speed. A fifteen second time reduction is well appreciated.

WinRAR showed a significant performance gain from overclocking our current system, while the former build’s overclocked performance gains were rather pathetic.
