SVA-E and NEC may begin building 5G TFT LCD line in China by year-end
Shanghai-based SVA Electronic (SVA-E) confirmed on July 18 that it has signed a letter of intent with NEC to form a joint venture to build a fifth-generation (5G) TFT LCD production line in China. The plan had been reported on by the media in April.
