AT&T is acting like an indecisive bride-to-be lately. As we reported Monday , Comcast put out a release Sunday that made it sound like its merger with AT&T's broadband business was a done deal, including a letter from AT&T Chairman and CEO Michael Armstrong that seemed to agree.
