Sun Microsystems Manages a Small Q3 Profit
Despite sluggishness in corporate spending and a 10% reduction in its sales, Sun Microsystems managed to end its third quarter on March 30th with a small profit. Sun reported earnings of $4 million on sales of $2.79 billion. For the same period last year, Sun lost $37 million and had revenues of $3.1 billion.
