3DMark05

In 3DMark 2005, we see the first of the general pattern we will see throughout the rest of the tests. The XFX 7950GX2 has the lead in our only synthetic benchmark. The one thing we will point out is that all of the cards do well but it is the 7950GX2 that can score higher at 2560x1600 than the GeForce 7800 and 7600 cards at 1024x768. The card was built to extend the bottom line at higher resolutions and this is the first of many where even at higher resolutions the card can keep up.
