STMicroelectronics announces new 32 Mb flash memory for automotive use
STMicroelectronics on August 30 announced a new and enhanced version of its 32 Mb flash memory chip that is intended specifically for the automotive market.
Offering high-speed memory access over a wide operating temperature range, the M58BW32F fits with automotive customers’ needs for powertrain and transmission- control modules, and for other high-performance automotive systems that use the latest generation of 32-bit microcontrollers, according to the company.
