Spansion expects higher revenues in Q2
Spansion, AMD’s spun off NOR Flash memory unit and the world’s largest NOR Flash supplier, raised its revenue forecast for the second quarter ending on 30 June by about 2%. "Strong worldwide demand the cellular phone, consumer and industrial markets" prompted the company to increase its revenue expectation from a range of $590 million to $620 million to a new range of $605 million to $635 million.
