Spansion and M-Systems to partner on flash development
Spansion, M-Systems and Fujitsu announced they will work together to integrate flash management and logic intellectual property (IP) from M-Systems with Spansion’s MirrorBit flash memory, to develop products that enhance security, optimize costs and deliver better performance.
