Spansion may continue raising MCP prices in Q3
Despite announcing it will construct its first 12" fab on memory production, tight supply of single-transistor pseudo-SRAM (1T PSRAM) and backend production capacity may stimulate Spansion, the largest NOR flash maker, will propose further price rises in the third quarter, according to industry sources.
