Spansion denies reports it will be working with TSMC
Spansion plans to release a number of NOR flash product in the second half of this year, but the company will not be working with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) as a NOR flash memory partner, according to Jackson Huang, Director of Marketing, Embedded Business Unit of Spansion.
