Space tourist go for launch
Fresh from cosmonaut training and a bout of pneumonia, the 60-year-old Dennis Tito has signed a deal with Russian space authorities confirming plans for him to become the world's first tourist. He is scheduled for a trip to the International Space Station Alpha at the end of April, riding along on a "taxi mission" that will last about 10 days. The US space agency, NASA, could still prevent his participation.
