Sony unveils PDA with next-generation organic EL display
Sony said Tuesday it will begin selling a personal digital assistant Sept 25 equipped with an organic electroluminescent display, a next-generation monitor. The CLIE PEG-VZ90 will probably sell for 95,000 yen, Sony officials said.
