Sony unit to pay $82M to Immersion
Immersion said Wednesday a jury ordered Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. and its U.S. unit to pay $82 million in a patent infringement case.
The unit, Sony Computer Entertainment America, is based in Foster City and has a branch in Santa Monica. Sony Computer Entertainment is a division of Tokyo-based Sony.
