Sony to purchase LCD panels and TVs from Taiwan
Sony will purchase 15 and 20" LCD TV panels from Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) while also ordering complete 20" LCD TV systems from Amtran Technology this year, according to sources. Sony will also purchase 32" TV panels from Taiwan, the sources added.
