Sony introduces limited edition silver PlayStation 2
Sony has released a limited edition silver-colored edition of its PlayStation 2 game console. Basically it’s the same as the traditional black PlayStation 2 console except for the silver sheen and silver DualShock 2 analog controller.
There is only 17 more days until the PlayStation 3 starts selling, but Sony wants milk some more money from the PlayStation 2 cash cow. The original PlayStation 2 has been very popular and, according to Sony, has sold 111 million consoles along with 1.1 billion games.
The silver PlayStation 2 is currently selling for $130.
