Sony expects fall Connectix trial
In May, seven of the nine copyright-infringement, trademark-dilution and trade-secret complaints that Sony brought against Connectix were disallowed. Sony maintains that the VGS does not adequately prevent users from playing pirated PlayStation games and that no software, in fact, can block illegally copied games as well as its console hardware.
