Sony drops patent suit against Connectix
Sony has dropped its case against Connectix over software that allows games developed for the original PlayStation console to be played on a Macintosh or Windows-based computer.
In its lawsuit, Sony alleged that the Connectix Virtual Game Player, released in January, 1999, violated its copyrights.
