Sony and Samsung to finalize 7G TFT LCD line joint venture deal this week
Sony and Samsung Electronics this week are expected to finish negotiating a deal to form a joint venture to build a seventh-generation (7G) TFT LCD production line, according to the Nihon Keizai Shimbun .
