Sony Adds Muscle to Memory Stick with ARM
Sony Corporation and ARM, a leading RISC processor supplier, have struck arelationship to develop a Memory Stick host controller for electronic devices. "The controller, dubbed the ARM PrimeCell PL200, is widely used in products such as PDAs, cameras, mobile phones and electronic automotive solutions. It’s intended to facilitate the development of Memory Stick products by electronics’ manufacturers, thereby further expanding the format."
