Adtron's got new high-capacity narrow SCSI 2.5" and 3.5" disk drives. The narrow SCSI drives are available in capacities all the way up to 20 GBytes. These drives incorporate an IDE disk drive with Adtron electronics that emulate the operation of a narrow SCSI drive. The 3.5", 10 GByte capacity drive, S35I2-10G, is priced at $350.00 per unit in OEM quantities of 1,000. We have a recent review of mobile 2.5 inch drives in the Storage Guide here .
