Simple Technology ships 512 MB RDRAM modules
Simple Technology Inc. has announced what it says are the world's highest-density, memory-module products based on Rambus Inc.'s RDRAM. The RAMBUS PC800 RIMM modules with up to 512-megaByte density, designed for Intel Corp.'s Pentium 4, are available now in 64, 128, 256 and 512-megaByte densities.
