Silicon Motion to be first Taiwan IC design house listed on Nasdaq
On June 30, Silicon Motion will become the first Taiwan IC design house to be listed on Nasdaq, with the company issuing 6.7 million shares on Nasdaq priced in the US$9.50-11.50 range, according to a company filing with the US-based securities market.
