Silicon Graphics upgrades to Dataram memory
Dataram Corp. has signed a licensing agreement with Silicon Graphics to manufacture memory upgrades for Silicon Graphics' 320 and 540 Visual Workstations.
Visual Workstation users will buy the upgrades directly from Dataram but will receive support services for the upgrades from Silicon Graphics. The 128MB, 256MB and 512MB upgrades will be manufactured at Dataram's facility under the Dataram brand, but the upgrades will comply with Silicon Graphics manufacturing, testing and approved vendor list specifications.
