Sharp ships keyboard with built-in PC card

Sharp has introduced two models of its Mebius desktop PC that include a keyboard with a built-in, Type II PC card slot.

The Sharp PC-SJ125R comes with a 500E MHz Pentium III processor, 20GB hard drive and a CD-R/RW drive and is expected to sell for about $2,500.

The PC-SJ125M, with a 466MHz Celeron processor, 13GB hard drive and x50 speed CD-ROM drive, will retail for about $2,300.

Both include an attached keyboard that can read a PC card by itself, eliminating the need for a PC card reader.
