Shareholders reluctantly agree to BenQ-Siemens deal
The combined BenQ-Siemens handset business unit is likely to break even in 2006 through cost-saving and business expansion measures, BenQ chairman and CEO KY Lee said yesterday at a shareholders meeting, where the deal was approved by shareholders.
