SEMI: Semiconductor equipment billings in Q1 reach $9.58 billion
SEMI has reported that worldwide semiconductor equipment billings reached US$9.58 billion in the first quarter of 2006. The billings figure is 20% higher than the fourth quarter of 2005 and about 3 percent above the same quarter a year ago.
