Seiko Epson announces development of Dream III HTPS TFT LCDs for projectors
Seiko Epson announced on June 7 that it has successfully developed four HTPS (high-temperature poly-silicon) TFT LCDs for projectors, codenamed Dream III and featuring higher aperture ratios and faster processing speeds.
