Sega slashes Dreamcast price
Sega Enterprises Ltd. Says it will slash the price of its Dreamcast game console by one-third in June.
The game maker said it would reduce the price of its Internet-capable, 128-bit Dreamcast game console to 19,900 yen ($164) from 29,800 yen on June 24.
The console will begin shipping in the United States and Europe in September at a price of $199.
