Sega pulls Dreamcast plug
As was widely predicted, Japan's Sega Corp has officially killed its Dreamcast game machine. Facing record losses caused by its console business, the number three game company has decided to concentrate on writing games for other video game makers, including Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft. Even as Dreamcast console was formally eulogized, Sega announced plans to make its games available for the Palm Pilot by the end of the year.
