The day after rival Sony set a U.S. release date for its PlayStation2, Sega announced a price cut on its Dreamcast game console.
For a limited time, the company will offer a $50 discount on the device, bringing the price down to $149, compared with $299 for the PlayStation2 when it launches in October.
