Sega announces Virtua Fighter 5 exclusively for Playstation 3
The Playstation 3 news will go into overload this afternoon when Sony puts out their stall at their pre-E3 conference. Leading the field is former console rival Sega with Virtua Fighter 5, which will be released on the Playstation 3 exclusively in 2007.
The latest instalment in the series promises 17 fighters, including characters from the previous iterations along with two new characters named El Blaze and Eileen, who will have their own new fighting styles. Players will be able to customize their characters with different outfits and attach various bits of kit to them.
The game will also support 720p HD resolution, something we are expecting to hear more about as the week goes on.
