Flat panel displays - they're getting cheaper, they're readily available from a greater number of Taiwanese vendors, and if I was to pick one must have upgrade for my office desktop it would be a new flat panel display.

LCDs in all shapes and sizes
Wireless networking - it's going to be a while before see products in the channel, but Computex has got a fair number of companies offering products, and that's good news for the small business, and home user. The products that you see are not suited to large installations, but should be more cost effective for average users.

Taiwanese companies are hoping to leverage their experiences in the PC business to deliver information appliances. There are a number of thin client devices on show this year, but they may not be targeted at the US or European markets where PCs, and a large PC savvy audience, has so far resisted embracing these types of appliance. There were a number of thin client devices which are integrated with the display.
