Among four second-tier motherboard makers, including Biostar Microtech International, Diamond Flower Electric Instrument (DFI), Epox Computer and Jetway Information, only Biostar saw an on-year increase in its motherboard shipments in the first quarter of this year, and even that growth stood at only 0.4%.
