Seagate Powers Toshiba DVD Multi-Drive Video Recorder
Seagate announced today that consumer electronics giant Toshiba has selected Seagate consumer electronics (CE) hard drives for Toshiba’s HDD & DVD recorder, RD-XS31 - the industry’s first DVD multi-drive video recorder. "Seagate’s hard drive provides the RD-XS31 with up to 104 hours of recording time for TV shows. It also provides the cache storage that allows programs to be archived to DVD-RAM, DVD-RW and DVD-R formats."
