SDRAM contract prices hit US$5
Early January SDRAM contract prices have hit US$5 for 256Mbit products and US$3 for 128Mbit products, shooting up an average of 20% from late December and pulling price differences with same-density DDR within a respective 30% and 13%, according to DRAMeXchange.
