Canon MultiPass F30
Canon MultiPass F30

Runner-up in this test is Canon's MultiPass F30. Based on the printing unit of the Canon S630 inkjet printer, this MFD leaves all other multifunctional units in the dust when it comes to output quality, due to its high level of color purity and contrast strength.
The print speed of the MultiPass F30 remains undefeated: it takes only 1 minute and 13 seconds to print ten Dr. Grauert business letters. At 3.4 cents per page, the two Canon models turn out the least expensive black and white pages. And 6 cents per color page printed with the MP MultiPass F30 is just as inexpensive.
The color deviations of the scanner were nine percent, and beat all other test results. In addition to a spaciously designed control panel, the case offers plenty of room for an uncomplicated cartridge change.
The Canon MultiPass F30 costs $299.99 and is a powerful and quiet MFD, delivering outstanding print and scan quality as well as high speed. The operation and maintenance costs are very low, thanks to individually replaceable color tanks.
