Say goodbye to boring beige: "Fashion PC" debuts
Enlight Corporation plans to unveil its "stepping stone" PC case at Taipei Computex `99, dressing up the FlexATX form factor with a more colorful, contoured design.
Company officials were keeping the new look under wraps, but boasted that "Consumers will appreciate the change from the traditional boring, beige, boxy PC to a more fashionable addition to their living or working environment," according to an Enlight spokesman.
The case is slightly deeper than a standard CD-ROM/DVD drive, and will be powered by a standard 90 or 145 watt SFX power supply, as opposed to the still undefined FlexATX power supply spec, company officials said.
