Sandisk increases capacity of Memory Stick Pro Duo to 4 GB
Sandisk announced a new Memory Stick Pro Duo storage card specifically aimed at owners of Playstation Portable (PSP) handheld gaming systems. With 4 GB of space, the card can hold about 64 hours of digital music about 20 hours of digital video, 12 hours of game saves or 4000 3-megapixel digital images.
Sandisk said it will be shipping the 4 GB Memory Stick Pro Duo this month and price it at about $220, a 2 GB version is available for $110, a 1 GB device for $60, a 512 MB card for $45 and a 256 MB stick for $35.
